This is a very varied and rewarding role. Whether it’s scheduling work for the staff on various sites, dealing with their H&S requirements, assisting with tenders and cost expenditures or simply handling the various office duties. No two days are the same. You’ll have the know-how to switch between communication styles with customers, office colleagues, and onsite staff, ensuring tasks are handled meticulously.
In some workplaces, the skills of a highly productive office manager are undervalued. Not here. My client is fully aware that their office manager will be a crucial cog in their business.
